so, i was minding my own business headed out of town, cruise control set to 85, when out of nowhere a 90 ish mustang comes out of nowhere, it was all primer, but for primer, it looked good (if that's posible), guy was really nice. I didn't want to race to begin with because of traffic, but he insisted, so we slowed to 40, then rolled from 2nd gear. I tried honking 3 times, but he couldn't hear me over his engine noise. so i hit the gas a little to get him goin, and once i saw he was on it all the way, i floored it and took off after him, 2nd i pulled dead even (this was starting even, with me hitting the gas a second after he did), at the end of third i put maybee a foot on him, 4th I put maybee 2 feet on him... it was a close race... VERY close, i just wish i knew his mods, obvously i could tell he had a different cam and exhaust, but as for headers, cam lobe, heads, or intake, i don't know, he took the other fork when the highway split :-/

It's called your public profile.......Nice run. I can't believe a mustang WANTED you to race. I can't hardly ever get one to race me. Usually I have to shame them into it. Nice kill though. Maybe you'll see him again, and give him a chance to redeem himself. You can find out what his mods are then and tell him that he needs at least one more apparently...................

lol, yeh, i'd say one more mod would do it, lol, as for me, i need more money, for what else, but an entirely new intake sys (i mean ic, pipes, bpv, ffim)

lmao, i'll figure it out somehow, actually, i'm about to be working 50 ish hrs a week (going from none), so that should help some, but it'll be a while... i already want a different turbo too :-/, just b/c the ct bogs so much on the top end
