there's always a posibility that one of your lifter pucks popped out and is rattling around in there....

did it run like shit when the "valve fell out" because maybe its not a fallen valve.... a constantly open valve, IMO, would seriously mess with that cylinder and it would run really bad.

No it actually runs fine, the idles only a little iffy after running for a min bc of the 02 sensor so I have no freakin clue what it is. If it was at all bottom end, the car would be shakin, it isnt.

Its top end, just gotta find out what...
