on the olympic peninsula, highway 104 along the side of lake crescent, holy crap... the best road I've seen ever been on, nonstop curves, perfect banks, and you can pull off to the side to enjoy the view of the lake, plus, just after the lake, there is a turn off to the left that leads to a hot spring resort in the nat. park, you just have to watch out for oncoming cars, they tend to creep up outta nowhere.

I've drivin' that road many times in my tanker truck, never been down it in a car. I've seen an occasional State Patrol, but that was in the middle of the night on weekdays, so "who knows" what it looks like on the weekends? :dunno: I know that there has been a few headon's on it though! :aigo: You also wouldn't want to put your Supra in the drink! As that is the deepest lake in western Washington! (over 600ft!) :icon_eek:
yeah, most of the turns dont even have guardrails lakeside. and we didnt see any "cops", but we did see one park ranger just outside of the park.
