Dang, if I would have saw that kit I would have saved at least 6k on my 2J swap. Why did I ever get rid of my 1J. All that is needed to complete this kit is a Texas Instruments solar powered ECU with a built in calculator. I would have been all over this quality setup

I smell sarcasm :nono:

Where's Ric?

He's been online, but I guess he doesnt feel like defending himself. Hopefully it won't get ugly. I don't get off on ugly, but that's just me.

Yeah, I was being a jerk :) Its not a bad setup but I wouldnt run a knockoff turbo and wastegate. I bought an generic manifold and intercooler for my swap, so I cant knock it. It's more of the fact that RIC has dogged on the eBay stuff so badly and then he recommends an entire eBay kit.

Here 's what I spent recently on another 240sx I am building with a 1j:
Master Power turbo 550
Manifold 350
DP 150
Tial 38mm WG 200
Custom Dump 50
Vband Clamp 30
Oil lines and fittings 80
IC no piping 150

That's like 1500, I am missin a few things but 1300 is ok if you are on
budget. But in due time you will upgrade and your budget goes right out the window.
so do it right the first time, if you ask me

We sell basically the same thing, but it is a little more because we have the turbo rebuilt and balanced before shipping to the customer. We also don't use "rubber" drain lines.

You have to have SOME confidence in the kit you are buying.
Price isn't everything.

The original thread starter is MIA...............:dunno:

There were a few harsh posts and he may feel it's better to not respond than to start a war of words.

Msster power owns. they give away S housings and anti surge housings as standard features, not options like Precision.
