Now in the U.S.
did you guys change out that little pipe too... that connects to the top of the waterpump??? its gotten me concerned cuz now that i've fired up the care not knowing it was leaking and its comming from that one little spot.... and well i cant start my car cuz it leaked onto my alternator, so it kinda fried it i guess... i was wondering if there was any differences in the size meaning how long its suppose to be because it seems a little short.. is the one off the mk4's different or is it the same??? Heres a picture showing what im talking about...

i used the old one (unless it comes with the a new on on the new pumps).. just put new o-rings on it..

You probably just need new o-rings

ok... so far i see no leaks... YESS.... but still i have to get a new alternator again... so NO!!! oh wells... glad thats over with now... :icon_bigg

but i didnt even have to touch the waterpump tho.. its that little pipe that sits right on top of it and connects to the upper rad hose pipe... what a b!tch to put back on was that stupid gasket that goes in between the block and that pipe where it comes rushing out flowing back to the rad...
