Fog Light

well if you are facing the car it is the right bulb, and for some odd reason it keeps going out. i just replaced them a couple months ago, the left one is fine, but the right one keeps going out.

any ideas......

Interesting... Not sure why it would repeatedly burn out. Have you done anything with the wiring? Rewire of any sort? You could measure the voltage at the bulb to see if it is for some odd reason too high. :dunno:

When facing my car, it a smilar thing, it seems as if the right bulb (driver side) is dimmer than the other, I have no idea why.

Bad ground or connections have gotten corroded.

grounds and corrosion..

take the fog lights out, and remove the rubber boot.

9 times out of 10, the metal piece is full of corrosion, looks very similar to battery posts with all the shit on them..

clean them up, and remember if you ever touch the bulb, wipe them off immediately with a little alcohol wipe..

and grease it up with bulb grease to prevent corrosion in the future
