so my uncle talked to the guy and gave him 3 choices either 1 he buys it. 2 he pays for the body shop to fix it!!(i have to go get a quote today) or 3 have his insurance deal with it!!

so i just got home! and got 3 quote's... 1. $3300 2. $3400 3. $4000 so ya basically im pretty much screwed. so now ill have to call the guy back and see whats going to happen...=[ and poodles they know about it. but my insurance doesn't cover my car just the other peoples.
okay so i finally talked the other guys insurance people and they said that it is his fault. and i told them i have a back pain and neck pain so the lady said that she will send me a 500 dollhair check. and gave me a body shop number to call and have my car check out. so i went and the guy who did the inspection was really nice. $2700 for the repairs. but i think my car will end up being totaled and i have to wait for some one to call me back or something. so what about all the aftermarket stuff such as rim's rollbar and body kit? does any of that come in to play or anything?!?!
It comes into play (but you might have to fight). Even at the high quotes you got it wouldn't be totalled, at least in this area as it couldn't be replaced for that much...
okay well i just got a phone call form mercury insurance group and they said my car is a total loss and that they will pay me out 2187.81 dollhairs and that is with me keeping the car so i told him that did he get any of my aftermarket stuff like my full body kit and my rims and my rollbar and he said no and i said well you should include those in to the price and they said okay what is the brand of this stuff so i can look it up and see what i can do for you.. and ya. so hopefully they will boost the price a little bit.
Maybe the pics I've seen just make it look REALLY good, but it would take $6K to replace that car at least...

well it is a 1990. and it is a miata. there resell value is bull shit... they told me that they compared my car to other 1990 miata's thats why. but ya im try to get more out of it.
What they do? Find the worst of the worst? In the end you'll have the money to fix it, but it's going to be a salvage title because of them totalling it which will screw your resale value. Either don't total it or give you more money...

ya.. im trying to get as much out of this as i can.. i was hope almost 3 for it because of everything that has been on there.
so i got a call this morning from the insurance guy. and he said with the rollbar rims and body kit it brings the value of the car from $2100 to
$3500 which is better then i thought!!

umm probably not give it back to my parents and buy a supra from one of the guys off here.. or get both and non op the miata. and slowly fix it to make a track car.
