Flywheel resurfacing? Spring TX.

Just wondering what the going rate is to get a stock flywheel resurfaced. I've gotten 2 quotes in my area. $75 and $65. Seems a little high. But I haven't had one done in about 15 years.

If anyone knows of a good place in North Houston Spring area let me know.

you can buy a new one for like $50..but i had one resurfaced last year for like $30

Depends, done on a lathe is cheap, but not the "proper" way to do it...

My trusted machine shop does it here for $32.50. It's cheaper for non-stepped flywheels.

I guess I need to shop around a little bit. Doesn't look like anyone carries one here. I may be able to order one from AutoZone.
