Should I get new ones or just use my old ones? Also how do the come out, twist out or push? Figured id ask before I break something.

I just had one turned, and they charged for the one that was missing. So, I'm assuming you can just use the old ones.
If they're bent or otherwise damaged, they need to be replaced. When you have it machined they should have the tool to pull them (special slide hammer)
Dowel pin removal slide hammer to remove them. If they're not damaged, they need not be replaced. If there is any question, or you just feel like being on the safe side, replace them anyways.
