JGTC handicap weights (diplicted in stickers) to keep the competition as close as possible to negate the hardware advantages and emphasize each team's strategy.
Weight penalties were assesed to the top three finishers in each class. Those who finished fifth or below had weight removed from their car.
Top 3 qualifiers & top 3 fastest laps were also penalized with additional weight.
The maximum weight penalty for gt500 is 120 kilos, gt300= 80 kilos

Although, putting 1 on your car would get you 1 step closer to ricer nirvana!
