That black NSX was my first victim...........He ran a quicker time by three thousandths of a second, but I won by .0656.............that was the race I had to get in and out of third and fourth due to tire slippage at a hundred mph. His car was dead sexy, but it was no match for my blue redneck mobile.

Scott, that is a cool picture you posted by the way and thanks for the congrats.

After I beat the NSX, the owner of the GTR came over and talked with me and was amazed at the power my car made. The NSX later beat the GTR in another race.

and Jay, thats pretty much how I've been launching my car on a street tire too. So far its the best way Ive found, but Im not done experimenting with my launch just yet. Awesome stuff, I hope next year I'll be wearing my 11's hat next year with you

I run DOT street tires. Same as Jay.

What tires where you running?

Mickey Thompson ET streets. I drove down there and back on them. That's the only tires I run on the back. I keep them on there full time. Until I find another street tire that will hold, that's what I'll keep running.

I think lowering your tire pressure and some boost off the line, you will net a 10 with practice Jay. The 11's club is not for you. You are more suited to the 10's club.
