I just got a set of JIC coilovers in the mail the other day, i'm in the process of installing them now and got my front suspension out, this is my first time installing coilovers, and was wondering if the shorter or longer ones are to be installed in the front, THANKS!

^ thats great but the coilover should usually have that tab anyway, look at the ones you just took off.

Front ones are usually longer and narrower while the rear ones are usually shorter and wider in diameter.

i got it, the height of the coilover needed to be adjusted to get it in there, thanks for the heads up fellas

Have someone stand on the brake rotor. Make sure you jack up the whole front and whole rear when you do it as well. Makes it 10x easier.
