I love my offsets because they are as fluch with the fenders as possible without major rubbing issues. Even as they sit I have rubbed a few times entering parking lots. I will have the roll the fenders because the next set of tires will be at least a 235 in the front.

This is about right in my books.

Man, those are great looking rims on a MkIII!:boink: :yumyum: Do the fronts clear big brakes though? The flat spokes makes them look pretty aggressive! Are you gonna' eventually run 235's (f) & 275's in the rear?

Yup, those are the next set of tires I buy. I'm running 255's in the rear cause they were free and 225 because I wasn't sure if 235's would fit with a +25 offset. Now that I know they will (after some slight rolling), my next set will be 235/275 with BFG KD's all around.

I would imagine they would clear a big brake kit. The spokes are very flat on the back and seem to have alot of extra clearance for the stock calipers. I will have to test fit them on a car with a BBK to be sure.

I hate rubbing too. They rubbed only once when I wall pulling into a parking lot at 3/4 lock. With a very mild roll of the lip I have no doubt I can fit 235's if not 245's.

The muffler is a Maganflow that was modified by Raptor Racing. It comes 2.25" inlet and gets enlarged to 3". Flows well and sounds great.

Sounds good. Bummerz that it started out as a 2.25" inlet though. So you had Raptor Racing bore it out from the original 2.25" to 3"? Sounds like a plan. Have any pics and a sound clip of it?
