So I posted on supra forums also, and the first reply was 10w30...
In addition, read Motor Oil 101 located in mys sig. Basically you want the lowest cold viscosity you can get in an oil.
I'll tell ya, most guys on Supraforums (that don't come here) are clueless about motor oil.

I appreciate your help, and i am gonna go with 5w30 Royal Purple. What oil filter would you recommend? Again thanks!
I like Wix filters - Purolator One is also excellent. Read the stickie this section for more info on filters.

Jdub will tell you that Royal Purple is too expensive for what it is, but otherwise an excellent oil. I choose it specifically because it's freely available at many places, where Redline and German Castrol are somewhat harder to come by where I live, and AMSOil is just too expensive and I don't like dealing with people who market via MLM plans. So I use RP because I'm just willing to pay the price for the convenience of being able to get it easily. Any of the above oils is an excellent choice in that weight range.
Hey, if it works...

Bang for the buck, German Castrol (Castrol European Formula - says "Made in Germany" on the back label) is hard to beat. It only comes in 0W-30 and has excellent cold AND hot viscosity characteristics - it will perform well in a 2JZ.
