ewww, you are right, missed that. Dhcp is disabled, you must have set a static ip there. If I were you I would have set my router to act as dhcp, if you log into your router there is an option in there to make it handle that. You don't have to, but imo I woud. Also, I was looking at the local area connections too, I see local area connection 5 & 7. Im wondering if at one point you stuck in a network card(s) in one of the pci slots. It won't harm anything, but like doward said, it can make things look messy.
