Why does the 3.5" system cost the same as the 4" system, thats wierd. And do you know if it is truly a 4" system, meaning 4" ID rather than OD?

Materials must cost the same? The ID is 3 7/8"

Does it drone at all at Highway speeds?

The same as any big system. As long as you don't lug the engine it isnt to bad...

Just asked as my system had a 12" Hotdog in it and used to drive me bugshit @ 100 kph, I just changed it to a 24" one and the drone/resonance is gone so my guess is the resonant frequency wasn't being caught by the shorter one!
