Went and FINALLY picked up my 87 Turbo today after technically owning it for 6 months now... She defiantly needs some TLC but now shes in great hands...

175xxx or so miles on the odo. 5 speed targa, power steering cap says Toyoda :love:

Previous owner installed a s2000 push start to bypass the alarm system bc he fucked something up. Other than that she is BONE STOCK. I took a look underneath her today for a min, she has some good oil leaks and things of that nature, but that engine wont be in there for more than a year, Im gonna fix her big problems and let it ride for now, (it has a possible BHG)

Im gonna pretty much need a new dash, the dah in it now is ripped from the windshield back right above the gauge cluster.... oh well. Ill have pics tomorrow of her when I get to work. Oh and its maroon on maroon, cloth interior.

NA's have the plastic reservoir. I was referring to all of the metal caps saying toyoda on them, sorry for not clarifying.

Yes, I think we have already clearly established that "Toyoda" on the reservoir is not anything special.

(I still like it though :D)

My 83 said Toyoda, when I first saw it I was like... Did I get a Chinese fake Supra built by little children? Then read up on it.

Ok guys heres all the phots youve been waiting on.... First things first though, the HG, yeah its blown, for sure haha. I actually cranked it for a second, it held at 500rpms and was idling horrible (obviously) but it cranked!! the clutch master cyl was entirely out of fluid.. which makes me wonder why.. haha

The oil return hose is softer than a damn tshirt sleeve, so thats gotta go too. She is getting a major overhaul. Anyways, any questions?

86.5 WAS in better cosmetic shape but had more issues to fix otherwise, all in all this one is gonna be cheaper to fix the problems it has. Plus its turbo!!!
