Haha nice! Yeah it looks really original I think, its like a crossover, where half is pre 89 and the rest 89+.
When I scrolled down to see the pics and just glanced and saw the red wheels I thought :gotrice: Then I looked at the pic some more and damn they do look good. Also you should post a pic in the Pre89 front end thread.

I was saying that if he already had the tail lights to do the rest of the car 89+ and the 3pc. I just think it would be better to have the whole car 89 + than mix and match. Just my opinion
Hot, hot, hot, hot!!! +1 for originality, +2 for functional, wider rubber, +3 for pre-89 nose. I don't know if i missed it, but I hope u have a firm suspension to match its looks. Other than that, don't mess with a good thing. Good job!

It certainly stands out. The wheels have a nice contrast to the rest of the car.
The only things I would add are 89+ mirrors and an 89+ 3pc wing, other than that, the look works.
