He was born on February 29th, and since february 29th comes only every fours years (a leap year) he is saying he gets one birthday every four years. He isn't really 9 though, in case you think so, sorry if you think I'm insulting you. Government considers his 'birthday' to be on March 1st.

FEB 29th story... .
So when I was 16 and went to get my drivers license. The computer would not take FEB 29th as my dob. I told them to just use march 1st but they would not. 3 hours later after a call to the main HQ they were told to use MARCH 1st. They were not able to put feb 29th on it untill I was 20.
Yesterday the 29th for my birthday I had to re-new my tag and my License. The woman at the tag office has ZERO personality, usually when people find out I was a leap year baby they think its neet and ask questions, This woman was a COLD DRY FISH.. She hated her job and could not wait to go home. (and this was 8:30am!)
I did not know you could get your tag every 2 years now. so I did that. 98.00 later. I have a new DL and the supra is good till 2010.

I have had 9 FEB 29ths so far. I am 36. So just to be funny everyone gave me a b-day card for a 9 year old.
