Is there any real benifit from installing a i.e Ron R FFIM or are they just for looks? FFIM are fairly expensive.

from what i understand there isnt much of a performance upgrade from the manifold itself but it allows you to run bigger intercoolers with less piping

Yes. Faster spool and quicker response.

I don't know if anyone ever asked but FFIM doesn't work with auto doesn't it?

Yes it works with any tranny its just a intake manifold. Would just need some custom kick down brakets.

Yes, thats what i had in mine. A custom kick down cable has to be made and it probably has to be hella long.

my auto cable was just rerouted and mounted on a custom bracket. of course it depends on the design of the manifold.

at 500+hp i have seen power gains using a ffim
