I know people who have used them for up to 18 psi of boost.
Im running one now but have not turned up the boost yet. I had a mhg which started seeping water after a year. Since I didnt want to pull the block for better prep I just went with the felpro. Im gonna use it and think of it as a fuse. If I detonate Id much rather blow an easy to replace headgasket vs a much harder and expensive to replace piston.
This is something I think is overlooked when people consider which headgasket system to use.

Hard is relative. You have to hang the engine, and lower the subframe.

I bought a Fel-Pro steel core laminate headgasket from Summit Racing just the other day. And the truth is, I don't even know what it is. If it is stock replacement, then it is going in. If it is a MLS permatorque, it will have to wait.

When you say the bolts are torqued to factor spec, do you mean the Toyota factory spec? Or ARP spec? There's a big difference between the two and you should tell us right away cuz if it's Toyotas spec, you need to tighten them more or you'll blow that HG.
