Depends on your redline, and @ what speed you will be trapping. You always want to finish at the top of a gear, rather than the bottom. My 4.30s with my 6700rpm redline will let me trap in the mid to high teens, where my power should be having me trap. (albeit on pump gas not high boost, race gas)
