I'm hitting fuel cut at 9 psi (9 on guage, .67 bar on AVCR)...

mods are:

Stock CT
Stock injectors
Aeromotive A100 Fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
3" intercooler piping
FFI w/ Q45 TB
Large front mount

this motors just in the car for the time being, but I want to turn up the boost a bit. Will a FCD/BCC be alright? I don't want 20 psi or anything, just maybe 14-15ish. Will the FPR and fuel pump help me out in this case, as its generaly not advised to use a FCD/BCC without any other supporting mods.
Let me know what you guys think.

No FCD would be a horrible idea. You currently have a boost leak if you're hitting FCO that low. Fix your boost leak, and when you can hit 11-12 psi without FCO then it's safer to mess with your AFM. Personally I would not run the FCD, the way it removes FCO is very unsafe. I'd recommend either a S-AFC, S-AFR or e-Manage for more control as well as a much safer way to increase FCO.

Well, with those conflicting pressure values, I would lean towards you have a leak between those two vacuum sources, as you are losing pressure somewhere along that pathway.

You should be able to see 11.5-12 psi without any hint of fuelcut, so there definately is something leaking along the way.
