Depending on who you ask, as swisher is not a "fine" cigar. To me, I've smoked everything from Dutchmaster's to Cubans. I would prefer not to tear anything up at the level of or better than something low end like a Padron 5000 just to get high.
That being said, my absolute favorite has got to be Arturo Fuente's Opus X. Very rare cigar, as hard to find as a GOOD Cuban (cause there are so many bad ones out there too) if not Harder. I believe Opus X was Fuente's personal stash of tobacco, some of which he releases yearly, limited to a total of 750,000 Cigars per year (that's including all the different sizes) worldwide. I don't have the exact story on it, but that was it IIRC. Considering normally Cigars can be produced in the millions, and in some cases that's just one size, that's not a whole lot. Go to any good cigar store and if they have an Opus, look to pay at least $25-30 for a Corona size, at least $50 to 70 for the larger sizes, per cigar.
Obviously I can't smoke an Opus every day. In fact I only smoke once a month or so, usually a good friend comes by to my work and we enjoy a cigar during one of my long breaks. My friend goes through more cigars in a week than I do in a year. He brought a great tasting, decent value cigar called Olor. Olor Churchill is what he gave me, and with a dark, rich, oily wrapper I expected it to be harsh, but was surprised it was smooth and well drawn with an even burn. It doesn't have to bite or kick normally associated with dark wrapper cigars. Case in point: Padron 5000, a very dark, easily found cigar with a pungent tinge when you take a drag and let the smoke settle. Padron's are thick and they kick you in the mouth.
If you can find them, Cuban Cohiba's are awesome too. Dominican Cohiba's are a great smoke too, but avoid the Dominican Cohiba's with the yellow labels, these are "rejects" that generally don't pass final inspection IIRC. Dominican Cohiba Black label and Pequeno's are very tasty. Pequeno's are a perfect 10 minute smoke for big cigar taste in a small package (just like the label says). Those are what I like to smoke from time to time.
