Its gods way of punishing you for driving a FWD. :)

Seriously though, I know how you feel. Someone recently smashed up my Supra, then drove off. My vote is to pick up an alltrac. Those are FUN cars.

i have a 94 celica front bumper and rear bumper if your going to fix it....but there white

I don't think insurance is gonna want to fix it. However, I do have a GT-4 front conversion that was waiting to go on the car, but I don't think it'll have a chance to now.

Does anyone know the pros and cons of AWD and FR? Cuz right now, that All-trac is seriously tempting, but I still wouldn't mind picking up a MK3 either.

ah thats sad... time for a 3sgte or 5sfte build.. .

Was gonna do the 3S, but i don't think it's possible now. The All-trac will though. :evil2: Was gonna boost the 5S before that, but bro-in-law put the rebuilt CT-26 onto the MR-2 that ended up getting rear-ended and sold off. :nono:

Kyle - just looking for a good all-around car at the moment between the two choices while I get the chance to settle down after all this. Wouldn't mind taking the car to do some amatuer auto-x or road racing in the future.

Joe - the chiropractor i'm seeing has a lawyer waiting in the wings, so hopefully he can pull through for me. I already missed a couple of classes cuz my neck started being a bitch. Would give me a headache every now and then. Dunno how though.

csr ma71 - lol. I was gonna pick up a '99 5-spd V6 Solara before I got the Celica, but my mom didn't wanna deal with financing, payments, and all that crap.

I'm at a lost now. I don't know what to do. I'm about to cry. I just got a letter from Geico that said:

"We have completed our coverage invertigation for the above loss. Please be advised that there is no coverage for the above referenced loss under our policyholder's Geico Indemnity policy. As such, we will be unable to make payment to you."

I don't know how to feel right now. I'm pissed off, I'm sad, depressed. I don't know what to do....

ok so, the chick for sure doesn't have insurance. :-\ go figure. but anyways, my question is: If I take her to court and sue her, will I be able to win? I'm asking this with three reasons:

1.) Since she failed to control her speed to stop her vehicle in time, she rear-ended me, but still didn't get a ticket for it....
2.) She's driving with an invalid insurance card
3.) Most of all, she's tootin' around on a suspended lisence which should be a big no-no to begin with.

So possible win, or am I SOL?

Seems like you have a solid evidence, make sure you have a police report from the accident scene, an estimate on damange, and go to court.
