Fan Clutch

I am taking off the Fan Clutch, but when I try to loosen the bolt it keeps spinning. I'm using a Haynes Manuel and doing all the steps, but it seems to not be helping. Do any of you have any tricks or tips that I can use?

What keeps turning? the bolts or the fan?

well it was the pulley the fan clutch is attached to but i got it all worked out though, thanks though
