I wanted to be a teacher when I was in High School. I ended up in the military following family traditions, out of the military with substantial physical damage, and working in IT while finishing my degrees. From there I moved into tutoring which led me on to teaching. What is it with Supra owners and computers?

I dunno, but I hardly meet IT people around TN, but here WTF!!!!

I am not doing what I went to school for... I kinda fell into my career. I have been working sales since I was 16 years old. Contrary to what a lot of people think, a natural salesmen isnt some skill you can learn. Its a skill you can enhance, but not learn.. Anyhow, I really didnt fall into my current occupation. I put myself there. I had decided I am done working 5-6 days a week, 12 + hours a day busting my carcass to fatten someone's wallet. I grabbed life by the nether region and started my own company.

As for my college major, political science. I do have plans to use my degree though, on the local platform. Will I be President? No... Will I be Governor? Probably not.. But I have set my eyes on being a county or city council member. I dont want to be an ornament on top of the city government tree, so I wont be mayor. I want to be able to vote and have my voice heard.

Just a random decision my 2nd semester of freshman year to go with a BS in Computer Science/Information Technology. While in school, I worked for my schools helpdesk and had an internship every summer. I recently graduated, and have been looking for a job (doing odd jobs on the side) until I got a call back Friday night with an offer. I am mainly a hardware tech, but this software is growing on me.

BTW, HP printers are cake! I love working on them, everything just falls into place.
