Tried the E85 and failed the 2nd test. They took it right in w/the cat still hot.

Numbers were worse than before. Would rather get my single/Aristo ECU working right, so that things are running more efficiently, instead of trying to game the inspection.

We are going to do the exact same swap into the wife's MKIV, so instead of gaming the system, I am hoping that we can tune things so that they run efficiently as-is (not rich). That way we don't have 2 Supras needing "help" to pass every year...

Specs:
Aristo ECU (I have a newer spare to try)
Aristo injectors (cleaned/balanced)
50mm Wastegate
3" exhaust w/hi-flow cat
Turbo = COMPRESSOR 70 AR/TURBINE 68 AR ~64.5 TRIM

2nd test numbers/info in red below... Are any of you having issues and/or overcome similar ones? Anything obvious?

i,m planning on doing either a 1j or 2j swap into my car but for your problem i will tell you that you will need a usdm head and egr setup to pass smog and especially since you live in dfw where the smog laws are getting tougher i would recommend that you fix the problem with your existing 2j with usdm parts and just na't your other car because as it sits right now you will not be able to pass smog without tricking the smog certifier.

i don't know what ecu/piggyback you're running, but if you have timing control, try retarding the timing 5 degrees.
