Hi Guys. I'm working on cleaning up my garage and will shortly be building a work bench onto one of the walls, but there are a few measurements that I'd like to have to make sure I have plenty of clearance for the supra. Unfortunately, mine is in storage some 25 miles away, so taking a measuring tape to it not the easiest thing, so I was hoping someone could help me out.

I've listed below the measurements I need. If anyone has the time to grab even one or two for me, it would be a big help. Please don't worry about being exact, just round up to the next inch and I'll be fine.

1) Maximum length - 181.9"
2) Wheelbase length - 102.2"
3) Front overhang - 37.8"
4) Rear overhang - 41.9"
6) Maximum width: including mirrors - 68.7"
9) Maximum height of roof - 51.6"

5) Maximum width: not including side mirrors

7) Maximum height of rear spoiler: 1988 with stock suspension (feel free to round here )
8) Maximum height of hood 3 feet from front of car (feel free to round here too)

I realize this is a pain in the ass, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.
Thanks guys!

These are the numbers I have, hopefully they help, wish I had all of them, but I don't feel like measuring the car, lol.

1) Maximum length
181.9"

2) Wheelbase length (center to center)
102.2"

3) Front overhang
37.8"

4) Rear overhang
41.9"

6) Maximum width: including mirrors
68.7"

9) Maximum height of roof
51.2"

These numbers are all for 89+, the front overhang and max height of roof may be slightly different on an 88.

Jeff and Keith, those are a big help, thanks!

Ian, that's cool, there are only a few that I still need, so hopefully someone will have a chance to grab them.

Thanks guys!

This is on my 89 turbo. I just went out to the garage and measured mine. Mine has a 1.5" drop so add 1.5" to all the numbers for a OEM height,

5 = 68"

7 = with hatch closed 38" , hatch open 74.5"

8 = 66.75" (on my car.) So it is also around 68".
This i measured from ground (threw engine bay) to the top of the hood with it open. Struts holding hood open.

Hope this helps. Again 89 turbo, OEM 3 piece spoiler, 1.5" drop.

Wow, does this Supra even exist anymore? :stickpoke

Such a nice car, I hope it's not just collecting dust in a garage somewhere.

I guess it is a OK sup. even if it is white. Who's the dork in the Elvis costume :p

At SILV99 we were just hanging out at the Show-and-Shine (with 150 Supras BTW) when this guy just walks up.

 I figured it was from SILV, (title on the pics ;) ) I was just wondering who the tool was.
