i have the 7mgte with an upgraded stock turbo, the threads in the head for the exhaust manifold have stripped out, i tried using the helicoil kit but no one told me to use oil when tapping so the new threads got chewed up when i pulled out the tap, i got a couple of them to hold but recently they keep coming loose and some of the ones that seemed alright that i left alone are starting to pull the threads out. what are my options now?

Depends on the helicoil. If it's stock size they might pull out (mine did). Had to upgrade to the larger ones driftmotion sells.
