ok so i got on mitchell and it said to check voltage between e1 - (batt, igsw, mrel, +b1(+b)) i had voltage to all of that so i dont understand why im getting code 11. so i got on identifix and they basically said check throttle plate for carbon build up well its clean. so i was wondering if a bad tps could be causing it i did get off ebay a year ago. im starting to have running issues where it dont want to start to well and i have to hold my foot to the floor to get it started sometimes and sometimes it dont always work, and if i am coming up to a stop it will stall out and i just pop the clutch and it restarts but ill have to hold my foot on the gas so it dont stall back out.
basically what it sounds like is that its giving it to much advanced timing, i could just retard the timing to prevent it but its still not solving the issue woth something being defective

well i had reset me timing to factory. did find out why it was not wanting to start the tps sensor is bad i have to un plug it to start the car. i just had the engine out and rebuilt so i knew the grounds were clean just thought they may have came loose but they had still were tight. i also found that if it has extended cranking (more then 8 seconds it will set code 11.) so with the tps acting up thats my guess to why it was setting that code.
