WOW! one of the nicer FFIM's i've seen. Now I must Ask..... how is the plenum tube/t-body flange assy, made:
Cast & Machined
CNC cut billet blanks
sheet metal
or just a alum tube and some damn good lathe skills


anyways, how much, when, any accomidations for ISV, CSI, yada yada

The plenum starts out as sheetmetal, its rolled/formed, all of the flanges I make on a MANUAL 3 axis milling machine (I wish I had a CNC, would make things a lot faster and more simple) But, yes...damn good lathe skills as well:naughty: FYI , it takes about an 45min just to make the t.b. flange, you can probably imagine how much time I have into making these.:aigo:
