ever had an head bolt round up on you?

let me get this straight.

With the head IN the car and the head bolts clamping on the head. A dremel to cut the heads off?

Be quicker to let the bolt rust Not only that but there is NOT enough room on any of the sides to get a cut off wheel of ANY significant size in there.

thanks for the advice guys i got it off by drilling the bolt then hammering a 12mm 12point into the bolt .i'll see if i can post pics later

A lot of the time I have seen this is because of the oil in the head when taking it off. When you stick the bit down into the hole it feels like it goes all the way down but the oil can hold it up, either tap it with a hammer lightly till the oil comes out or just take compressed air and blow the oil out before starting.

and easy way to take em off is another bolt and welder works ever time
