Nosechunks, I couldnt tell how much smoke you had during the burnout because the vette next to you made so much. I really wanted to run that vette you got, but got stuck with the one behind him.

You guys are the best...The MKIV guys love the cool weather for dragging. Personally it is better also to drag when cool. Again... I want to thank all of the participants that helped make this event a go. It was definitely bigger than last years meet, and hopefully next year will be bigger. I am going down again in the spring to get my 11 second pass. I hope some of you can join me. I just got a new toy...a ball bering turbo.
they like the cool air for more power, but they lost quite a bit of traction because it was alittle toooo cold IMO

14.9 not very impressive but this was the first time ever really drag racing it so i know i can improve. my bet trap speed was 95.91 so i know i can go faster down the 1/4mile. also i have a leaking fuel injector o-ring and i am running very rich so once i fix that i should running much better.suprashy said:
I didnt realize that was THE 7m truck when i was talking to you in the staging lane haha. I remember walking by and seeing under the hood. I was like...hey thats a 7m motor. Thats why that truck was so fast. I love the exhaust that just dumps out the side lol. Cant be to street legal.

I looked through the vids my fiance took and its only supras... I think she intended on taking a vid of your truck but you had already went down.

i saw that and i had to take a pic. that is a sick car but your car is better. oh i wanted to ask you what kind of tires are u using i saw u got 245's in the back?

there actually 255/50 16's BFG drag t/a's. they hook pretty sick at with 15 psi and a nice burnout.
Sup guys. This might be a long shot, but does anyone have a video of a black MK4 racing against a yellow race Civic with a parachute? The Supra ran a 11.9 at 119mph. If you have the video, would you please email it to me at flipboyd3@sbcglobal.net or host it somewhere? I would really appreciate it. It's my best time so far on street tires and pump gas. It might also be my last on the stock twins.

Btw, thanks for organizing the meet QWIKSTRIKE! I didn't get to meet too many Supra guys, although I spent hours walking around trying to figure out who was; but it was worth the 2 hour drive to see all the nice Supras that are still out there.
