My oil has billions of micro-particles in it too. They're called atoms ;)

You just have to laugh at the ooga-booga pseudo science these guys use. It's also funny how they all claim everyone else's product is oil of snake but their own. Ah well...lucky for them "there's one born every minute"..

Ain't that the Truth JJ ;)

Besides, the particles in Restorer are large enough to feel if you rub some between your fingers. If your oil filter is doing its job, it will filter those particles out...likely to the point of clogging the filter.

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED ENGINE DESTROYER NOT RESTORER.

Atoms are FTW, without them creating molecules that make up my oil I guess I'd be SOL ;). Oh yeah, a good oil filter is FTW too. I'll take the billions of micro-particles in my oil over the shit (excuse me) in any snake oil ANY day of the week ;).

i used it on my exploder, didnt smoke or anything, you have to keep in mind my 4.0 is working pretty hard to its moving some big 35 x 14 x 15 inch mudd shoes and is beaten on in the woods. As far as what J Dub said, i dont think i will be using it ever again because hes never steered me wrong. I forget if it says to use a can on every oil change or just use one once, im pretty sure it says every oil change but ive only used it once, i doubt i did any damage from the one time and thats the end with that, thanks dub

The one good thing is if the filter did clog due to the particles in Restorer, the filter would go in to by-pass. Filters are designed for this contingency...the oil would simply by-pass the filter and return to the motor un-filtered so you would not have an oil starvation problem. Since your filter is essentially toast at that point, you also would be running oil that becomes increasingly dirty over time ;)
