Engine mounts?

Ive searched around but couldnt find any straight answers so here it goes. Im trying to find out which engine mounts my '87 takes, are they the fluid filled or just standard rubber mounts? And which are the better choice, I want a good solid mount but without buying solid mounts.

Standard rubber, and IIRC you can't use the newer style, because they mount differently on the subframe.

the pre 89's are practically solids with rubber insulator
