I can't find this anywhere, but what size and thread are the bolts that bolt up to the stud on the bottom of the motor mounts, and secure it to the chassis? I lost mine, and I want to get new ones from Lowes so I can actually drive it without worrying about the back and forth torque-ing.

Eh dont get lowes, there bolts are made out of SA IP and strip/break really easy.

Call toyota, or get some from Autozone/Advance Autos.

I know one of them is a 17mm but i can't remember if its the top or bottom nut.

Ok, I'll swing by there. My only problem is that I don't know if they will have them or be able to tell me. I've tried it before when I was doing my 2jz swap. I need the bolts on the underside of the car, that need an extension to get at them through the hole in the bottom of the chassis engine mount

Called Toyota and they are unable to source either of the bolts I need. They found them, but don't have any in stock and apparently no-one has any in any warehouses. Off to the local fastener shop. I think the tranny bolts are 14x1.5 and the engine mount bolts are 18x1.5.... we shall see.

I'm calling bullshit. I just ordered that shit about a month ago and had plenty in stock, just had to wait a couple of weeks to get em because they were special order.

They said the motor mount bolts are no longer available, and 2 weeks on the transmission cross-member bolts. Fuck it, I'm hitting the store tomorrow. lol I need to get fresh bolts for my new Shaftmaster's DS anyways.
