engine harness and interior power

ok so i really need some help here, im trying to get the engine harness all hooked up, i looked through TSRM and didnt really find much anythinhg to helpful, basically i need to know what connector goes to what and what the general shape of that item. i also am trying to get power to my interior of my car, i have found 2 wire sets that are on the harness near the diagnostic port "white with black stripes and red or brown not sure dots and also a brown with black dots if i remember correctly. using the brown as a ground and the white as a power my EVC turned on and that was about it lol oh and a slight dim of my CEL "no engine in car still" what.

Are you talking about the Body hanress for the engine bay or the engine harness?

If you're really talking about the engine harness it self put everything on the motor first, then drop it in.

If you need further help let me know. I think I have pictures of everything and what every plug goes to I will check for you!

ok i think the interior portion is taken care of jumped a couple of fuses and was able to test the separate systems, 2 of the bigger fuses were busted and heard the door chime going when i jumped them. looks like that was my problem for now at least lol. but still need help with the harness though

i have the engine in, everything is on. but i have relocated alot of items that were on the fenders under the fenders to hide them. and im just lost now. basically im having to lengthen the wires

Here this is a brand new Wiring Harness. If you see any plugs you do not know what they go to let us know, just give us a description of what it looks like and in what picture it's in, hope this helps!

im talking the harness that has the connectors for the ECT, ignitor, injectors, coil pack, etc...

edit: thats the harness im talking about. well im going to be leaving the car for tonight but ill post up tomorrow and tell you what ones i need help with thanks so much

looks like my main problem is with 20-27 and 9 and 17 "not the TPS plug though its a smaller black plug" and the other one im not sure what number but its between 3-6. i got the igniter coil plugs figured out but there is a 3rd one close to the same shape that is yellow on mine. also in that strand of wire there is 1 more on yours then there is on mine. i have 2 igniter plugs 1 uhhhhh electrical magnetic thingy "so you dont have the motor sound in your speaker thingy" lol then that goes to the diagnostic thing and the turbo pressure assy sensor "do i even need that anymore? and i cant find the plug for the turbo assy sensor thing btw, but the plug for the metal cased thing i found big yellow round one

*The smaller black plug it's the cold start injector plug.

*27- goes to your horn on the fire wall

*20- is not used

*The turbo pressure snesor assembly is part of your body hanress it is not part of the engine harness itself.

*In between 3-6 there are many plugs it looks like they're going to your ignitor.

hmm weird fits the plug great "turbo pressure sensor" lol, well it explains why i have many extra plugs because i got rid of everything you listed there lol

so i think what im going to do is im going to post pictures of the items that need to be connected still and you shoot me the idea of where it is on the harness it goes so i can figure things out one at a time
