My frined just had his 1990 7m-gte supra a340e dynoed by an engine dyno (DTS PM15 Engine Dyno) after his rebuild, and just recently anout a week ago had his car dynoed by a dyno jet, results were:

Dyno Jet ( Rear wheel)

250.9 Rwhp
275 Rwtq

Engine dyno ( Crank (im assuming) )

301 Rwhp
333 Rwtq

That would make for a 16 % and 17% loss with the a340e and driveline

Now i dont know how accurate either of those dynoes were, however the engine dyno looked very expensive......

Engine dyno ( Crank (im assuming) ) I think this would be the flywheel? correct?

It would be nice to have the same test done at higher HP to see if that changes.
With an auto it will. The fluid coupling changes the torque multiplication when you change the input.
