IM NEW TO THE SUPRA WORLD WHATS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN THE LONG BLOCK AND SHORT BLOCK 7MGTE? I HAVE A 1988 supra turbo do i have a 6m or 7m crank?

WHATS THE BEST DOWNPIPE TO GET? i have an hks one.

First of all...QUIT YELLING (all caps)

- A long/short block is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_block

- You have a 6M crank

- "Best DP" is a relative thing...the HKS is good, but restrictive compared to others due to the use of a stock elbow

Long block is the head with everything in it, Plus the bottom end, pistons, crank rods.

Some long block do not include oil pumps, oil pans, front timing covers, rear main cradle, manifolds, turbos, valve covers, fuel injector rail, cam position sensor, sensors, and more.
