The MK4 is the biggest TREND out there, I don't care how good it is nobody should pay 20,000 or more for a 8 to 12 year old car, I love mk4's but they are not reasonably priced at all, that ricer/emo movie series the fast and the jerrys kids made all the emo scenester crap possible, call universal and complain or better yet beat craig lieberman to death cuz hes the EMO king. Honestly there are only three things that make the mk4 a better car overall than the mk3, the getrag 6 speed, the 2JZ-GTE, and the updated body look. Otherwise its still a lot like an mk3 even inm the general shape, design, and interior so maybe eventually people will realize you could buy a brand new car and build it for the price of some of these 12 year old semi used up mk4's.

The body style is nowhere near better looking than a MKIII, IMO. The boxyness of the MKIII is way better than the jellybeaness of the MKIV.

I haven't really noticed about the emo/scene kids getting into cars, maybe it's because there aren't many around here that I know of.

You know, back in 2002 I got into Thursday ( screamo band ), and there was only 2 people other then me that knew anything about screamo/emo/hardcore in the entire state. No one I ever met heard of Thursday, or any of the other music I started getting into ( Heard new bands on the Thursday board ). My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, Cursive, AFI, Atreyu, Poison the Well, Glassjaw, no one even heard of this stuff. Then all of a sudden BAM out of no where comes all these stupid trend following kids, and BAM there came the people who make fun of them. It's too bad the music got judged because EMO kids are retarded. I never dressed like them, but I still do like the music.

I like Thursday, and I've been listening to AFI for like 6 years, some of my friends would wear eyeliner and a few were vegetarian and shit for awhile just because of the straightXedge thing. I never got into it, I guess music is just music for me.

Do NOT refer to me as IMO, EMO, OR anything close again. I didn't disrespect you and I would like it if you would do the same. If you think mk3's look better than good for you, everyone has a preference I own and mk3 too and Like the style a lot, but would I love to have an mk4, yes I would. The vast majority of people who don't own mk3's mistake the things for probes, 240's and various other crapbox vehicles, I love my cars loook but bone stock they could use a lil help, the sawblades do suck, the turn signals should have been clear all along, otherwise I love the boxy wedge shape, also I like the 911 esque mk4 body, both have good and bad sides but the mk4 is a more modern design due to it being made a decade almost after the mk3 was designed.

it bothers me how there are people...and a whole lot of them....that think there is only one supra. and that is that MKIV. thats why we're here to shed light on these silly gooses and show that there are MKIs IIs and IIIs and they mean a lot more that they are made out to be. they are the roots of the all popular MKIV. there would be no MKIV without the MKIII.

How is the Fast and Furious EMO?...And how did it make the emo scene possible?:wtf:
EMO/scenester came from the bands that these kids listen to looong before the F&F came out in 2001.

And I beleive there was a thread on SF about how Craig was a huge import car guy that Universal paid to design those cars, they wanted rice, he built them rice. I'm not gonna lie I'd throw body kits, vinyls and wings on a car to get paid, they're not my cars and I'm not paying for them.
