Emission requirment in Washington State

Hi guys I just bought a Mk3 Supra from a local owner he has a 2JZ GTE in the car but the only problem was I can't pass emmission and my tabs expire next month need to know what can I do to make it pass? Don't I have to fill out some sort of paper stating that my Supra has an engine swap or somthing like that?

Acording to the owner he told me its a JDM motor including the ECU.

They just do the sniffer type emission test. I was kinda leaning towards to adding a 2nd catalyic converter.

what exactly are you failing idle? cruse? to much or to little of what product?

around here i would just buy a gallon or two of methanol and mix that with 1/4 tank. Its been done around here and noone can be the wiser.
