I left my car sitting for a week or two and the battery went dead. Grabbed my batt charger/starter and hooked it up. When I turned the key, the starter didnt move and the the headlights were going up and down and my wipers turned on by themselves. I have no idea whats going on. This is supposed to be my 'reliable' car... I dont see how turning my key can make those other components move like that. Any ideas?

Yes, charge the battery more. Much more. Leave it on for a FULL charge.

Check that all the wires going to both battery terminals are clean and tight. Charge the battery fully before trying to start it again.
