Ok...check the grounds from the battery to the block and chassis. There is also a set of grounds that attaches to the intake manifold outside on the #3 runner...make sure thes are clean and secure.

okie ill do that tonight when Dallas comes over if it doesn't rain:cry:
it gave a spark tho when we connected the ground chasis to the battery, if that helps you to give me more info...

Also check the Pos connection to the harness under the fuse box and the one to the starter just for grins ;)

i had a issue like this once. (i have a hotwired starter, keep that in mind.)

running errnads and the radio and other interior lights wold cut in and out.

fiancee get in the car to go to work and nothing inside. no dome light, no radio, no fan, nothing. after i got off work i go to the car and start looking around and found that one of the lil wires on the pos side had broken. solder it back together and started right up with no issues.

and maybe im misunderstanding, but your testing the ground from the bat to the chasis and getting a spark? not a good sign.

run over every lil wire you can by the pos side of the battery and your gonna find your issue. ill bet dollar to dogunt.
