I know last year that quite a few Factory Five Cobra guys were testing out an electric power steering unit.

Here is one I haven't seen

Here is the one that has been getting used from Fast Freddie's Fabrications

Here is a thread over at ffcars.com

That makes me really think that I am gonna have to do this when I do my interior this summer. I also wouldn't mind having an LS400 steering column with the electric tilt and telescopic features.... and the memory. Dont know how I am going to put it in .... but I want it lol

Said steering column is likely going into my Chevy when we get around to doing that car up. Definitely a nice (if likely heavy) setup. Put the key in, the wheel puts itself where you last had it. :)

As a big guy I need the telescopic part of the column as well and I am wondering what type of feedback that dash is getting considering the year and the vehicle it comes from. If you have ever seen one it just about looks 3d when it lights up.

My main thing is making the electric steering work first and if that column helps due to its construction then great :)
