Fuses always blow for a reason. Replacing it may not solve your problem, as it might blow again. If this happens, you are shorting out somewhere. Cross your fingers.

Dont worry about which one it might be, just check them all and replace any that are broken. :icon_bigg

The power for windows, door locks, and seats is supplied by the Power Circuit Breaker...it's on Relay Block #5 under the driver's kick panel to the right of the fuse block. The relay block has on it (top to bottom) Turn Signal Flasher, Power Main Relay, Power Circuit Breaker, and Horn Relay.

Here's how you reset a CB:

Just as a note: The 7.5A gauge fuse provides ignition on power to the Main Power Relay causing it to close. The Main Power Relay is what supplies 30A power from the Power CB to the seats and windows. A blown gauge fuse will also cause these not to work, but there will be a bunch of other electrical items in the cockpit that will not work in addition to the seats and windows.

Geez guys...the MK III has a fairly complicated electrical system...one that will shut it down cold if certain parts fail. If you're going to own a MK III and work on it yourself, you need to spend some time learning how to read a wiring diagram. Probably not as fun turning wrenches, but a necessity on this car ;)
