So as some of you know, I bought my Supra with original blown stock struts and stock springs with 230k miles on them.

A month after I bought the car, I bought Tokico blues and the Eibach Pro-kit. I loved it.

Well, its now been 2 months now, and I really don't like the Eibachs anymore. I want a stiffer ride and I want the car to be lower.

What are my options? I don't have the $1000 to spend on coilovers. Are there any other springs that will give me a stiffer and lower ride than the Eibachs?

I honestly don't know why you would go with lower than eibachs, I scrape on everything from speed bumps to train tracks. I would honestly try and save up for soem coils, then your suspention settings are limitless (practically)

RS*R Race springs. Very stiff! Not sure on the difference in lowering but look at my car and see; it's tokico with the RS*R race springs and see if that is close to your goal. If you want to wiat a few weeks they will be coming off my car as I want a smoother ride and I am going back to my eibachs. The ride reminds me of my bros 95 TT 300zx; stiff, responsive, feel the road...but after a long drive it kinda hurts lol!

Stiff isn't always better. Use sway bars to stop bodyroll, not springs. ;)

harsh /= good ride

Personally, I'd upgrade to bilstein shocks which will be a better dampener and will make it a bit "stiffer," and also give you the option to lower it as it has 3 different heights for the lower spring mount.

Swaybars would also help if that's what your issue is with stiffness. The issue with Eibachs is they're progressive, and it's not needed on our suspension design...

Chris, that may be true sometimes for a street car. But on cars that are a little more serious, I like to use the sway bars only to add a little of the roll stiffness and are actually more important for tuning the balance than adding roll rate.

But on a street car, if you don't want to run a stiffer spring setup, sway bars are a good way to stiffen the car in roll without affecting ride too much.

But stiff does not always equal harsh.

Bilsteins are a good choice.

And the eibachs and a lot of these other lowering springs are just meant to lower the car. They don't always seem to have the best balance. And on some of them, I'm really surprised that people aren't bottoming out the dampers all the time.

Sorry this is kind of off topic but you guys with the Pro-kit. Can you get your rear camber to 0?

I am going to get my car aligned in the next few days and i got to looking at the bolts and they look to me like they are already as far in as they'll go. Just didnt want to waste my time/money taking it there and them telling me they cant adjust it any more. Thanks!
