Hi everybody!

I asked this question in the NA section, but thought that maybe some of you that have made the switch from NA to Turbo might know the answer to this:

Is the EGR system including the vacuum modulator, EGR valve, the EGR VSV and the Fuel pressure up VSV the same on the NA Supra and the Turbo (For '87)?

Thanks for your help.

My money would be on yes since they use the same intake plenum setup, and it wouldn't be cost effective for toyota to use a different setup. To verify here's a handy trick for things like this:

-Go to any autozone/advance/napa autoparts website. Look up the part for NA and Turbo and check if they are the same part #.

The online manual has the parts with it. It will be under vacuum I think.

Hi Nick.
Thanks for the suggestion. I've been all over my manual and it looks like it is the same (or close). Just wanted to talk to some experts.

Thats a good idea. I tried it with a couple of other sites, but there were no listing (at least for what I checked). I will try some of the others. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Yep, they are definitely different part numbers... probably so they can charge more for the Turbo parts, since you guys are all rich. :icon_razz

Thanks for the hint about the "multipost function" - learn something new everyday.

Thanks again everyone for your help.
