Im trying to clean up my engine bay and was wandering what all can i remove along with egr valve?

simply put, NO. you can not... you run the risk of detonation under certain loads/situations, like going up a hill and what not...
go search for what happens when people bring this question up... they get flamed pretty bad. oh, and the USDM ecu is configured to run it, so unless you have a TRUE JDM ecu, you want to keep it. (it doesnt rob you of any power, helps with MPG, and is a wonderful thing)

the guy i got it from had all the vac lines torn off from a head rebuild guess ill have to replace them all what a pain in the.....
