For my 1JZ that I'm trying to swap into my supra I have a stock ecu, normal HKS F-con, and an HKS GCC. And with me not knowing much of what I'm doing, I think thats alot of computers! My question is: is there a way I can controll all of that in one computer?

I have a Haltech on mine. The model is E-11 V2. It's very versitile but not the easiest to install for the average Joe. If you're looking for something easy, the AEM is a direct connect to the harness.

Now here comes the next stupid question! What's SAFC? I do want to go with a standalone ECU tho cuz I could just leave it at stock settings and play around a little bit!

sounds like you should just take everything you have off and just start from scratch. You might be in over your head.

SAFC: Super Air Fuel Controller and it's a piggy back unit just like that HKS stuff you have but is very effective. If you go stand alone, you will have to find somebody to tune it and that can get very expensive. I've never heard of that ecu you mentioned but I do know that the AEM is simple to put in because you can plug it right into your stock harness. Most of the other stand alone units don't do that and come with a standard harness that has to be made to fit your car (not the most simple project ever). If I were you and were so adiment about going stand alone, I would get the AEM unit and be ready to shell out some money.

what 'chips' can you get for an fcon?

They mod the injector signals correct? will they go to high duty cycle (like their own map) or will they just cut the stock singnal down? Might be a nice upgrade for singles to upgrade injectors beyond 550cc..
